NOVA will gladly exchange or issue a refund for items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in salable condition, unused, and with original packaging. Items that are opened or damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded. No returns on downloadable products or down payments. Earbuds, headphones, and undergarments are not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons.
